Remarks
- The above rates are for 2 persons sharing a studio / 1 bedroom apartment, and for 4 persons sharing a 2 bedroom apartment.
- Child under 12 years old (in existing bed is free of charge). Baby Cot is free of charge (prior request is required).
- For each additional person there is an extra bed charge of 1,000 Baht per night.
- Rates per room per night are in Thai Baht.
- Rates are net and inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% of VAT, excluding daily breakfast.
- Daily breakfast is additional charge of 250THB per person per day.
- Minimum stay requirements, from 20 Dec 2010 – 05 JAN 2011 are 6 nights.
- Daily maid service, laundry (clean towels and sheets) included.
- Check out, 12:00 hrs, Check in 14:00 hrs.
- Welcome drink and fresh towels on check in, daily fresh fruit basket.
- BYD Serviced apartments group has the absolute right to change all rates at anytime.
